From November 3-7, 2025, partners of the Together Again 2 project gathered in Anamur, Turkey, for a successful multi-part event. The meeting was hosted by ÖZEL ANAMUR NESİBE AYDIN ANATOLIAN HIGH SCHOOL. Representatives of all seven partner organizations from Slovakia, Turkey, Poland and Spain attended to to review achievements and plan future steps.
The event was split into two core activities: the 2nd Transnational Partner Meeting (TPM), held on November 3-4, 2025, and a subsequent three-day Learning, Teaching, Training (LTT) Activity held from November 5-7, 2025.
Part 1: Strategic Planning at the 2nd TPM
The Transnational Partner Meeting focused on a comprehensive review of the project’s overall status, ongoing management (WP1), and strategic planning for upcoming tasks.

Key Project Outcomes Reviewed:
Work Package 2 (WP2) Finalization: SEDA (PL), the WP2 leader, provided a summary of the completed activities and results for the Resource bank with practical resources for teachers to relearn how to interact with students. All partners approved the content for immediate publication.
Future Work Package Planning:
- WP3 Planning: PODERIO (ES), the WP3 leader, presented the timeline and pilot testing plan for creating practical scenarios using the LARP (Live Action Role Play) method. Pilot testing is scheduled for January and February 2026, involving 20 teachers and 100 students across the partner countries.
- WP4 Preparation: CEDA (SK) presented an overview of Work Package 4, which is set to begin in January 2026. WP4 involves creating an escape room based on tools from WP2 and scenarios from WP3, followed by subsequent pilot testing.
The TPM concluded with a summary of activities and the fixing of dates for the next project meeting.
Part 2: Training of Trainers on LARP Methodology
Following the TPM, partners participated in a hands-on LTT workshop designed to be a “training of trainers” session. The training specifically focused on the development and implementation of Work Package 3 (WP3).
José Carlos León from PODERÍO provided detailed training on the LARP methodology. The session covered essential elements, including pedagogical objectives, benefits, the leader’s role, and practical advice for creating roles and scenarios.
Significant emphasis was placed on the importance of the post-activity ” debriefing ” and feedback process to maximize learning.
The partners collaboratively reviewed, discussed, and refined the initial draft LARP scenarios prepared by the non-school partners and the group conducted a practical test of one of the newly developed scenarios to assess its implementation and effectiveness.

The LTT concluded with the finalization of the scenarios and a quality assessment of the work produced. The school partners are now equipped with this knowledge and are tasked with training their local school teams between December 2025 and February 2026 to implement the new LARP scenarios.
Cultural Exchange and Hospitality
In addition to the intensive work sessions, the partners enjoyed the cultural and gastronomic aspects of Anamur. The Turkish hosts showed the partners their school, ÖZEL ANAMUR NESİBE AYDIN ANATOLIAN HIGH SCHOOL, featuring cozy and modernly equipped classrooms. Partners noted the extremely kind and talented students who were eager to converse during breaks.
The group experienced the local cuisine, described as domestic and rich in various types of meat and side dishes. Significant cultural highlights included visiting the ruins of the ancient Roman city of Anemurium, the Byzantine fortress Mamure, and exploring the local greenhouse banana plantations.

Next Steps
The project’s forthcoming activities include the publication of the WP2 Resource Bank and the finalization of the WP3 LARP scenarios. This will be followed by preparations for local pilot testing of the new scenarios, set to begin in early 2026.
